Server Axis provides 100% uninterrupted ip transit measured on a monthly basis as well as 100% uninterrupted power. Should transit or power become unavailable for a cumulative period of 5 minutes in any month of service, customer will receive a refund equivalent to 5 percent of customer's recurring monthly fees for that month for every additional 5 minutes the network or power is unavailable. All refunds will be based on unavailability in 5 minute increments. SLA does not cover outages caused by equipment or events under the control of the customer. SLA does not cover outages due to scheduled maintenance, which customers will be notified of in advance, and will not exceed 60 minutes per month. Any and all refunds to customer will not exceed the amount of the customer's recurring monthly fees for the month in which the refund is paid. All refunds must be requested within 10 days of the interruption. Failed hardware on dedicated servers will be replaced in under 24 hours, with the average time being under 1 hour upon detection of a hardware problem, Server Axis is not responsible for lost data due to hardware failure.
